We assign you a dedicated account manager to help you set up your business. He or she will first identify your needs, then propose the offer best suited to your company. Once your deployment plan has been drawn up, our technical teams create your Progiclean environment and interface. Then your account manager trains your teams to use the software. Finally, you're ready to digitize your day-to-day activities. On average, implementation takes between 4 and 6 weeks.
Progiclean is 100% web software, in SaaS mode. You can connect from any device (computer, tablet, phone) with an Internet connection and a web browser (preferably Chrome). For best performance, we recommend that you have the latest version of your browser.
Yes, your Progiclean software allows you to benefit from optional customer and/or employee portals.
PROGICLEAN is 100% web software. Your data is hosted on remote web servers. We select our servers from service providers based in France. Our servers and access to your PROGICLEAN database are secure.
We make back-ups of your database several times a day, which we store on secondary servers to ensure immediate and rapid restoration of your data in the event of a problem.
All your data is backed up daily. You can retrieve it in full at any time. Your data is your property and will be returned to you in any case.
Exactly. There are user profiles with different levels of access. For example, an employee in charge of drawing up quotations and contracts may not have access to HR information (employees' personal details) or accounting data (invoices, receipts, etc.).
