{"id":5821,"date":"2023-04-19T16:43:09","date_gmt":"2023-04-19T14:43:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/progisap.fr\/?p=5821"},"modified":"2024-07-04T11:49:27","modified_gmt":"2024-07-04T09:49:27","slug":"the-progisap-team-member-of-a-segur-digital-task-force","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/progisap.fr\/en\/the-progisap-team-member-of-a-segur-digital-task-force\/","title":{"rendered":"The PROGISAP team, member of a Segur Digital Task Force"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The digital component of the Segur health summit is made up of six \u2018corridors\u2019 divided into \u2018Task Forces\u2019 bringing together healthcare professionals, experts, information systems directors, institutional representatives, federations (public hospitals, private hospitals, manufacturers, etc.) and publishers.<\/p>\n<h2>The role of the Task Forces<\/h2>\n<p>The task forces are working to a tight timetable to analyse practices, identify the data that needs to be exchanged or shared between players and with users to improve patient care, identify the technical, organisational and legal obstacles, etc., as well as the levers that need to be invested to overcome them and develop the widespread use of this data. This means that the work to be produced must be co-constructed with all the players involved, in order to take full account of the challenges facing everyone in this digital shift.<\/p>\n<p>The Task Forces have defined the requirements for the Segur Health component through use cases and specified the objectives for exchanging and sharing healthcare data.<\/p>\n<p>These requirements were used to draft the DSR (Reference Specification File) and the REM (Minimum Requirements Repository) for wave 1 in the medico-social sector.<\/p>\n<p>For the medical-social sector, the sharing of a common Electronic User File (DUI) is essential, but faster deployment of the exchange and sharing of healthcare data in this sector requires a differentiated approach, at least in the short term.<\/p>\n<p>This differentiated approach has led to the proposal of a Task Force for each sub-domain. Work thus began in May 2021 with 3 sub-domains dedicated:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elderly people (e.g. Ephad)<\/li>\n<li>People with disabilities (e.g. special homes)<\/li>\n<li>Homecare workers (SAAD, SSIAD, for example).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further discussions will take place in the autumn on child protection and addiction.<\/p>\n<h2>The <a href=\"https:\/\/progisap.fr\/en\/contact-et-demande-demonstration-progisap\/\">Progisap <\/a>\u00a0Senef team in the Task Forces<\/h2>\n<p>The aim is to cover \u2018health data\u2019 as broadly as possible, taking into account all the data required for people's lives. The work will be based on existing interoperability components and specifications, in particular the feeding of the DMP with the DLU, the use of the liaison book or shared diary, and the transmission of documents such as the personalised project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Task Forces are held on a weekly basis, and publisher meetings are also scheduled every fortnight.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In practical terms, our IT and product teams have the privilege of co-hosting these meetings, with a view to co-construction and forward planning on the progress of the project, and in particular on Wave 2 of the Segur, which will be launched later this year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload wp-image-1317 alignleft\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27170%27%20height%3D%27170%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20170%20170%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27170%27%20height%3D%27170%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/www.senef.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/tariq-hamadouch-1.png\" alt=\"nicolas-fauvel-senef-progiclean\" width=\"170\" height=\"170\" \/><br \/>\n________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tariq Hamadouch<\/strong><br \/>\nCTO<br \/>\nSENEF -
